This privacy policy applies to the Cat Note mobile application (“Cat Note”, “we”, “our”, “the App”). This document explains how we handle your data and protect your privacy.
Cat Note does not require you to create an account or log in.
We do not collect your notes or content. Your data is stored locally on your device. Optional backups may be stored in your own cloud services (Google Drive, iCloud) without access by us.
Optional feedback is collected through a Google Form, including device info, language, email (optional), and comments, for support and improvement only.
All data remains on the user’s device. Users are fully responsible for backing up or restoring their own data. We offer encryption tools but do not have access to encrypted files.
We use AdMob, Firebase Analytics, and Crashlytics for app analytics and monetization. No personalized ads are shown. We do not sell or share user data.
You may delete your data at any time by uninstalling the app or using built-in data-clearing options.
This app is not designed for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
You can contact us through the in-app feedback form if you have questions about this policy.
By using Cat Note, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
This app is provided as-is for note-taking purposes. We make no guarantees regarding data availability, stability, or compatibility.
Users are solely responsible for saving, backing up, and managing their notes. We are not responsible for any loss of data, failed backups, or errors resulting from device issues or cloud sync failures.
All rights to the Cat Note brand, app design, and associated assets are reserved. Do not copy, redistribute, or modify without permission.
The app is provided without warranty. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app, including data loss, app crashes, or indirect consequences.
We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Continued use after changes implies agreement to the updated terms.
